Just to our left, you’ll find Cliff at the Fish Company, the Wholefood Shop, a Deli, and the Art Trading Co. Across the way, there’s Bell Gallery, G&T Greengrocers, Black Dog Dress Agency, New Beginnings Florist, and Interiors at No11. Heading into town, you’ll discover A Sweet for You, Forequarter Butchers, Mouse Design, Muse Fashion, Cloth Interiors, and Crocks for gifts.

In the centre of town and along St Mary’s Street, you’ll find a treasure trove of antiques and curiosity shops. Don’t miss The Shop at the end of St Mary’s Street for something truly special. And tucked away on Trinity Street is Imperial Wine, a hidden gem for wine lovers, run by an independent merchant with a fantastic selection.

For a day at the seaside, the Suffolk Coast is only a 20-minute drive away, while Norwich, a charming city full of history and culture, is just 30 minutes from Bungay. As part of the Norfolk Broads National Park, Bungay marks the border between Suffolk and Norfolk, adding a touch of friendly county rivalry to your visit.


Nearby towns like Beccles, Harleston, and Halesworth offer even more to explore, each with their own unique charm.
